Laskettelukausi on alkanut ja on aika kaivaa monot kaapista! Ryhmänne on ollut laskettelemassa Ranskan alpeilla Chamonixin kylässä. Kauan jatkunut lumipyry on tarjonnut loistavat säät lasketteluun. Sään yltyessä kuitenkin rankaksi lumimyrskyksi ryhmänne hakee suojaa vanhasta alppimajasta, mikä sijaitsee vuoren rinteessä. Luulitte jo olevanne turvassa.. mutta korkealla vuoren rinteellä näette valtavan lumimassan vyöryvän teitä kohti — suoraan kohti majaanne. Maa tärähtää, ikkunat helisevät. lumivyöryn yllättäessä jäätte alppimajaan jumiin ja majan valot pimenevät sähkökatkon seurauksena. Mitä alppimaja kätkee sisäänsä?
