Exciting times are unfolding in Tampere, as the Finlayson factory is about to receive electric lighting, the first place in the Nordic countries! You and a host of distinguished guests have been invited to witness the festive test lighting on March 15th, 1882. Upon arrival, you and your companions are quickly whisked away to the back of the factory. The assistant engineer reports that something is amiss - the test lamp will not light and the project’s chief engineer is missing! The assistant engineer hopes that you could use your expertise and find out what is wrong in the dynamo room. Can you fix the problem and get the lighting to work? Will Tampere become the first city in the Nordic countries to have electric light?
