Where are the cries, screams, and pleas coming from? For years, the residents of Block C have been living in confusion. The nighttime cries, screams, and pleas raise questions for everyone. No one can really pinpoint where it's all coming from. It's hard to tell if the sound is coming from a child or an adult. Either way, the cries and screams are starting to invade the residents' dreams. The neighborhood has become suspicious. Everyone suspects everyone. From the outside, everyone's life seems to be in order. Everything is fine. You are on your way to enjoy your day off, and due to haste, you decide to take a shortcut through the courtyard of a somewhat notorious apartment building. You hear vague moaning from one of the buildings and, against your instinct for self-preservation, decide to check the source of the sound. You encounter a brutally assaulted woman in front of Block C.
